Shipping policy
At Immuntra, our goal is to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your products.
Processing Times
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Typical delivery windows are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option.
- Free standard shipping may be offered during promotions or when order minimums are met.
Shipping Restrictions
- At this time, Immuntra products cannot be shipped to California due to state-specific regulations.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
- If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and make sure you receive your items.
